WHAT CANCELLATION CHARGES WILL BE APPLICABLE :-
If circumstances force you to cancel the tour the cancellation must be intimated to us in writing. As per the booking condition of the tour, we are constrained to levy the following cancellation charges per person.
Cancellation Charges:-
- 30 days prior to departure - 25% of the tour cost.
- 20 days prior to departure – 35% of the tour cost.
- 15 days prior to departure – 75% of the tour cost.
- 0-14 days prior to departure – full amount will be charged.
Terms of Payment :-
- Registration fee at the time of booking will be 25%. Cash Payment/Demand Draft Drawn in favor of Spring Travels Pvt Ltd is non-refundable.
- If you cancel your tour after registration your tour amount is non-refundable.
- Balance full payment immediately on clearance of the full package/at the time of delivery of tour voucher.
Remarks :-
- No refund for unutilized service.
- All flights, hotels, itinerary, restaurants subject to change without prior notice.
- Package available to passengers eligible for BTQ only
- In case of visa denial “Spring Travels Pvt Ltd” will not be held responsible.
- All tours subject to “Spring Travels Pvt Ltd” tour condition.
WHAT IMPORTANT DOCUMENT SHOULD I CARRY :-
Passport :-It is your responsibility to hold valid Travels Documents such as passports, Visas, confirmed air tickets to be able to travel on the tour. Each passenger should hold passport valid for a period of at least 6 months from the date of travel .
Visas :- It is mandatory to be in possession of valid visas of the country/ lied to be visited for travel on your tour. Spring Travels P ltd will assist yur in obtaining the visas from the concerned authorities/ consulates. In case you are a first time visitor to any country. You will have to go to for a personal interview if embassy will require.
Any consulate can ask any of the passengers for personal interview. In that case passengers will have to go to the respective consulate.
Spring Travels Pvt Ltd. will assist you in attaining the same. Please note that it is entirely at the discretion of the concerned consulates/ authorities to grant/ reject your visas even after you have submitted the relevant documents. The consulate / authorities might require the passengers to appear for a personal interview. This is at the sole discretion of the consulate / authorities. We request you to submit the relevant documents within the stipulated time as mentioned in the documentation checklist given to you at the time of booking your tour, thereby ensuring the issuance of correct visas and timely compliance of the visa formalities required for the tour you have booked.
Air Tickets and other tour documents :- You will receive your air tickets from us as per your visas will get complete and all your payments clear along with the tour ticket and other related documents. This will be given provided we have received full payment (INR) from you. Your tour ticket entitles you to travel on the tour and must be presented to your Spring Travels P Ltd. tour Manager on day 1 of the tour.
Airport Taxes And government Taxes :- All the airport taxes and government taxes applicable for the tour are included in the tour price, unless untill specified.
Air Ticket Amendment :- As per airline regulation, no date sector or extension of the validity of air ticket is permitted once you are on tour. Any change must be informed at the time of booking. If changes are made in the tour the passenger will need to pay separately per person per change .
Insurance :- Normal insurance for the duration of the tour is done through “Spring Travels Pvt Ltd” and is included in the tour price. The passengers above the age of 49 yrs will have to pay the difference in the insurance premium. Policy can be extended for passengers staying back, if informed at the time of booking by paying the necessary difference in insurance premium.
